Services provided through Silver Reins Wellness include coaching, experiential learning, and integrative wellness services, which may incorporate nature-based and equine-assisted activities. Not all services are psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Participation in services does not establish a provider–patient or therapist–client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing through a separate informed consent and intake process under Karr Kare LLC.

Equine-assisted and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals, uneven terrain, and environmental conditions. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks.

Silver Reins Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes. Services are intended to support personal growth, awareness, and skill development, and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

By engaging in services, you agree to participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own well-being.

Silver Reins Wellness is operated by Karr Kare LLC, doing business as Silver Reins Wellness.

We collect basic information such as your name, phone number, email, and any details you choose to share through our website or communication. This information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and improve our offerings. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

Some services offered are coaching, experiential, or wellness-based and not all are clinical in nature. If you engage in formal clinical services through Karr Kare LLC, those services are covered under a separate HIPAA-compliant consent and privacy process.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information; however, no online system is completely secure.

You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Equine Activity Liability Notice

Under New Mexico law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to the New Mexico Equine Liability Act (NMSA 1978, § 42-13-1 through 42-13-5).

Equine activities include, but are not limited to, handling, grooming, feeding, leading, observing, or being in proximity to horses. These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • The unpredictable nature and behavior of horses

  • Sudden movements, sounds, or reactions

  • Uneven ground and environmental hazards

  • Potential for injury from contact with animals or equipment

By participating in any activities with Silver Reins Wellness, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver and informed consent form prior to engaging in services.
