Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Session Policy Booking Policy Appointments are scheduled in advance through our booking system or by direct coordination. A deposit is required to secure all sessions. Your time is reserved specifically for you. Deposits reflect the preparation, coordination, and availability of staff and resources. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make changes to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited for all cancellations No-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit Rescheduling may be offered based on availability Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to respect scheduled bookings. Weather, Environment & Safety Sessions take place in an outdoor setting where weather and natural elements are part of the experience. Conditions such as wind, temperature changes, and light rain may be incorporated into your session, supporting flexibility and presence within the environment. When conditions allow, sessions will continue with adaptability. If conditions are determined to be unsafe (including severe weather or equine safety concerns), sessions will be rescheduled to the next available time. Deposits remain non-refundable and are not transferred or refunded due to weather or environmental conditions. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist.
